Taxi from the Airport in San Juan to Ceiba Ferry - Checked Bags

Request a taxi from the Airport in San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal for checked bags. Send your travel date, flight arrival details, passengers and luggage to confirm availability and a full quote. The taxi ends at the mainland ferry terminal; any onward ferry trip is separate.

Coordinate pickup after collecting checked baggage

Give the number and approximate sizes of all checked suitcases when requesting your airport transfer. Agree on how to contact the service after baggage collection and before moving to the pickup location. A scheduled flight arrival does not establish when your entire party and bags will be ready, so confirm the pickup communication plan rather than assuming an automatic waiting allowance.

Plan this airport pickup

Keep the booking contact accessible while you collect bags. If collection takes longer than expected or a suitcase must be reported to the airline, notify the taxi service and confirm the revised arrangement. Ask about any waiting terms in the quote. Ferry baggage rules must be checked separately with the ferry operator.

Request a confirmed taxi quote

Send your flight details, travel date, passengers and full luggage list. Mention every requested stop or extra arrangement. Confirm availability, the full fare, the airport meeting point, and any waiting or cancellation terms directly before booking.

Checked Bags FAQs

When should I report that my checked bags are ready?

Follow the communication plan agreed with the service. Report when the party and luggage are together and you can reach the confirmed airport pickup location; do not report readiness while a traveler is still collecting bags.

Does the taxi quote include unlimited baggage-claim waiting?

Do not assume unlimited waiting. Ask what waiting arrangement applies to your booking and contact the service if baggage collection changes your pickup readiness. Confirm any revised terms directly.

Where does the taxi end?

This taxi ride ends at Ceiba Ferry Terminal on mainland Puerto Rico. Travel onward to Vieques or Culebra is by a separately arranged ferry, not a road taxi ride. Ferry tickets, schedules and boarding instructions are separate.

Does the taxi booking guarantee a ferry connection?

No. Confirm ferry tickets, current schedules and boarding requirements with the ferry operator. Share changed flight or ferry plans with the taxi service promptly and confirm revised pickup availability. No connection is guaranteed.
