Taxi from SJU Airport to Ceiba Ferry - Limited Connectivity

Request a taxi from SJU Airport to Ceiba Ferry Terminal for limited connectivity. Send your travel date, flight arrival details, passengers and luggage to confirm availability and a full quote. The taxi ends at the mainland ferry terminal; any onward ferry trip is separate.

Agree on an arrival contact plan before traveling

If your phone may have limited data or calling access on arrival, discuss a contact plan with the taxi service before departure. Save the confirmed pickup instructions, service number and booking details where you can access them without a connection. Ask whether an alternative contact method is available; sending an inquiry does not establish that messages will arrive promptly or that the service can find you without communication.

Plan this airport pickup

Keep your phone charged and check which contact method you can actually use. With permission, identify another traveler or organizer who can relay readiness updates, and explain who will be physically present at pickup. If you cannot reach the service, follow the previously confirmed instructions and airport staff directions rather than assuming a new meeting place.

Request a confirmed taxi quote

Send your flight details, travel date, passengers and full luggage list. Mention every requested stop or extra arrangement. Confirm availability, the full fare, the airport meeting point, and any waiting or cancellation terms directly before booking.

Limited Connectivity FAQs

Is WhatsApp useful if my phone has no data connection?

Messages require a working connection. Confirm a contact method you can use on arrival and save the service number and pickup instructions before traveling; do not rely solely on a message that may not send.

Can another person relay updates for me?

Discuss that arrangement with the service and obtain the person's permission. Identify the traveler at pickup and the relay contact clearly so a message from the organizer is not mistaken for your physical readiness.

Where does the taxi end?

This taxi ride ends at Ceiba Ferry Terminal on mainland Puerto Rico. Travel onward to Vieques or Culebra is by a separately arranged ferry, not a road taxi ride. Ferry tickets, schedules and boarding instructions are separate.

Does the taxi booking guarantee a ferry connection?

No. Confirm ferry tickets, current schedules and boarding requirements with the ferry operator. Share changed flight or ferry plans with the taxi service promptly and confirm revised pickup availability. No connection is guaranteed.
